If I win money, where does it go?

Any winnings from credit purchases will be added to your cash balance.

• Win – horse must finish 1st
• Place – horse must finish 1st or 2nd
• Show – horse must finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
• Exacta – pick 1st AND 2nd in exact order
• Trifecta – pick 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd in exact order
• Superfecta – pick top 4 in exact order
• Pentafecta – pick top 5 in exact order
• Hexafecta – pick top 6 in exact order

Is it possible to get a $0 return?

Yes. If the underlying race result does not produce a winning outcome, the result may be zero — just as with any real performance-based result.

What does “private pools” mean?

Private pools are outcome pools contained entirely within GiddyUp, separate from public betting markets. Because we manage these pools internally, we are able to return more value back to our players rather than distributing across external wagering environments.

Are there any playthrough requirements on GiddyUp?

Any bonuses or promotions may be paid out as non-withdrawable cash that is subject to playthrough requirements before it can be withdrawn from GiddyUp.

How does buying credits work?

You can choose an amount of credits to purchase. Behind the scenes, those credits correspond to race-linked wagers placed through the AmWest ADW system. The cash winnings produced by those credits vary depending on real race outcomes.

Why aren’t my credits available yet?

If your credits haven’t appeared yet, the associated race event is likely still in progress or awaiting official confirmation. Once the race results are finalized and payouts can be determined, the credits will be applied to your account automatically.

Are credits refundable?

No. Since credits are derived from real race-related outcomes, they are not refundable once purchased.

Can I transfer funds or credits to another player's account?

No. Player balances and credits are non-transferable between accounts for compliance and security reasons.

Do I owe taxes on winnings?

Depending on your jurisdiction and winnings, certain earnings may be subject to taxation. You may receive necessary forms when applicable, but you should consult a tax professional for personal guidance.

Are there minimum withdrawal requirements?
